重启服务器。
当显示Ubuntu启动菜单时，选择 *Advanced options for Ubuntu
在下一个屏幕中选择：*Ubuntu, with Linux.x.x-generic (recovery mode)
在恢复菜单中，选择root Drop to root shell prompt
运行以下命令以使用读/写权限将shell装入
| 1 | mount -rw -o remount / |
要重置用户密码：
| 1 | sudo passwd username |
重启服务器
| 1 | reboot |
